My Windows 8 hp laptop will not open anything except internet explorer does anyone have a solution? EDIT: I do no know why but programs like Spotify and Steam Community will work but things like Technic, Minecraft, Google Chrome, and all my other games and MCpatcher won't. I think maybe it has something to do with lots of memory still looking for and answer.
