The most important thing, which nobody has mentioned, is which CPU cooler you intend to use.
The Maximus Impact is basically the best Z87 motherboard, not just because of features but because it has amazing cooler compatibility. It's incredibly expensive and way above your price range though.
All three Asus Z87 boards have similar cooler compatibility, which is great if you want to push the overclock. In a Bitfenix Prodigy you have near to unlimited height for CPU coolers, which combined with one of the Asus boards means you can fit in massive air coolers like the Noctua NH-D14 or Phanteks PH-TC14, but most likely a 120mm fan based solution will be more suitable.
Given both of the US-market Asus boards seem out of your price range, I'd suggest the ASRock. In a compact case the CPU socket location will cause issues as it's quite near the edge of the board, but the Prodigy has enough space to accommodate a CPU cooler overhang.
While the Gigabyte GA-Z87N and MSI Z87I offer pretty good value, you will struggle with a limited CPU cooler selection as the CPU socket is very close to the PCIe slot.
