I can't do anything and I have to reset it.

BIOS: GA-Z77M-D3H-MVP
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6950
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
RAM: 4x4gb Corsair Vengeance
PSU: 750Wat Zalman

I've gone through the RAM sticks one by one, reinstalled windows and drivers. Temps do not exceed ~65degC at the most.

Hi mate!

Ok, I hope this helps as it did for me:
Check if your GPU has Audio Drivers separated from the Graphicsl controler Driver.
I used to have problems with my GPU (Nvidia 560 Ti) and it would BSOD, Frezze with buzzing sound etc, and the thing that fixed it was to eliminate all non essential Drivers (I only left The driver itself and Physx).

Im unsure why it happens but for some reason the audio HD Driver of my GPU was (most likely) causing the issue.

I have a High Definition AMD thing in the sound controller devices I think that might be it, I uninstalled the drivers for it and I havn't been able to test it thoroughly but I've been running things for awhile and havnt gotten any crashes, I will update in a bit, fingers crossed I've tried a lot of things but not this yet.

I'm still getting the crashes unfortunately but since I've uninstalled that it's a lot less often but still 1-2 times a day so thanks for that.

Apart from Those, only thing that comes to mind is PSU issue or a bad Ram module.
Unfortunatelly I think you ruled out both of those so Im afraid I dont know how to help anymore.
