i plan to buy a new graphic card, and my choice is MSI R9 290 Gaming 4G or Asus R9 290 OC DirectCU II , all is not X version.
But i have some question to make me sure.

1. How the temperatures of this card ? (idle & full load)
2. Is Enermax Naxn 650watt enough for this card ?
3. Asus R9 290 DirectCU II VS MSI R9 290 Gaming, what's better about the performance and temperatures ?

thanks before =)

My vote is for the ASUS. They kind of swap on benchmarks depending on what card it is, some times one is quieter but warmer and vice versa. I like the look of the ASUS and their quality is top notch. The MSI cooler usually runs louder.

That PSU is enough power and good quality, you're fine.

i bought the asus version of this card and been gaming with it for a week now. its great and overclocks easy like a beast. with no voltage change im able to get it to 1160 steady. im sure i can get more outa it. ive got a kraken g10 bracket and just ordered a corsiar h90 to watercool it. i cant wait to see what i get out of it. by the way it does stay under 80 easy while gaming normal and the fan decently quite considering how hot the reference ones get. Go for asus.
