Hello guys,

I am a newbie when it comes to components, Is Gigabyte 970a-ds3p rev 1 good for 6300? is it plug and play? or still need to update bios? and if its ok with sapphire r9 270x?

and also if this Mobo support 64 bit OS? because i saw this one in its specs * Due to a Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than the size of the physical memory installed.?

More about : gigabyte 970a ds3p rev

That board is perfectly fine for that cpu as long as you don't want to do some crazy overclocks.
No need for a bios update it will work out of the box.
Just about any pci-e graphics card would work on the board, so the 270x will work perfectly fine.
Yes is supports 64bit OS and is preferred.
