If this is for a failed motherboard, suggest you buy the exact model.
If you built with a oem copy of windows, you will be able to reactivate with no problem.

If there is some feature you need, then be guided by that. LGA 1136 is getting expensive.
I would be hesitant about investing much in old technology.
