The case has 2 internal fans built at the front and an exhaust fan at the top back. Would I need more cooling systems? Also any comments or advices on the PC build would be deeply appreciated :]

Solution
Provided case fans should be ample.
Good quality choices for everything else.
Performance should be great.

Maximum cooler height for this case is 160mm and the height of the NH-U12S is 158mm. Close, but should be OK.
There is no optical drive. Have you got some plan for installing Windows?
The 120GB SSD is big enough for the Windows installation, but not for games. This is fine as long as you plan to install games to the hard drive.
The 1TB hard drive is plenty for installed programs and games, but if you plan to store movies or TV series it will quickly fill up.
8GB RAM is enough for all games currently available. It is worth considering whether 16GB would be useful to you in the future, but there is no clear answer on that at the...

Oh hey thanks a lot! I din't think about needing the optical drive to install the OS haha! You got the rest exactly right as well, was just gonna install them on the HDD and I have another external harddrive for shows. Cheers.
