I havent even looked at computers in years so im fairly ignorant to new tech but I wanna play all the big titles for the foreseeable future on ultra settings with no problems and I also wanna play movies on and tv shows on my tv via hdmi will this handle all that? And sorry for the huge runon sentence im typeing on my tablet.

I would recommend to get a CPU cooler like cooler master hyper 212 EVO it's really cheap, also I would recommend to drop the ram size to 8gb since you won't be needing 16gb when it is mainly for gaming and watching movies...also would recommend to get a 650w seasonic, xfx or corsair psu and last when buying the video card make sure you buy one with an aftermarket cooler and not stock cooler as the aftermarket ones are way better

780 ti is the most powerful single gpu card where is asus mars is 2 gtx 760s in one card...I honestly would recommend to go with 780 ti then later if you have money you can buy another one to sli not to say asus mars is not good but I would take 3gb VRAM over 2gb VRAM specially with games nowadays start using a lot of the VRAM like bf4 or skyrim

Even if he did OC a 600w PSU is more than enough.
