I have just reformatted my computer, although prior to this I have had my ATI Radeon HD 5570 stop responding and havehad the screen flicker, then everything was fine. It has been a long while since I had checked for driver updates, but since I have just reformatted I'd assume I would need to update them again. On the first attempt I was installing CCC, and everything that comes with it, the screen flickers, and my PC restarts. I thought ok, I don't know whats happening here so I will try it again. This time it says it was installed successfully, but left my screen in a lower resolution, and I couldn't put it any higher. I then realized that it wasn't installed successfully at all, and there was currently no driver in use at all, it was running as if it was in safe mode. Error 52 Windows can not verify the digital signature. I have tried a lot of different steps and procedures to update the drivers; manually, uninstalling the old ones completely, reinstalling without CCC, etc. I'm not the best person with computers, but I think Ive come to the conclusion that it has finally (or is in the process) of kicking the bucket. Its about 4-5 years old now after many hours of use a day it's starting to fail. Just wanted to make sure there isn't anything obvious that I have missed, and some reassurance.

I seem to have fixed this myself by running it in safe mode and removing all the drivers. For some reason there was a lot of them, which doesn't make sense, because of the reformat, but whatever. After that I restarted it back up normally and reinstall the driver with CCC but ONLY the driver , not the application its self or anything else with it. Now my video driver is updated and everything seems to be running smooth

having an issue myself with the 5570. I keep downloading catalyst but for some reason it's not registering it that i downloaded the correct video card i dont know what to do. I used driversweeper, ran in safe mode, deleted all the drivers but then windows auto downloads the driver to a 2011 date, and then i can't run the damn updates lol i don't know what to do but i can't play games anymore because it's saying my drivers are out of date
