AMD 7750 HIS brand card failing constantly causes woes.

I'm quite losing it. I recently purchased this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161427 after my 6670 died of age. The first one was all but DoA, running like garbage and bluescreening again and again before totally dying. After a very long RMA process, I finally got a replacement. Initially, it's been fine, it's ran most games at high settings smoothly, but a day in, it's begun bluescreening more and more quickly. Here is a dump file from the latest one https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9942731/files/WER-82789-0.sysdata.xml

What can I do, outside of reinstall windows or buy a different card entirely?

it is a decent psu, blue screens can be caused by hardware and software conflicts. are you 100% sure it is your video card that is giving you bsod's?
i have had a similar problem before, it would only bsod when gaming, but very occasionally when i was doing other stuff. i was convinced it was my video card, but it turned out to be one stick of ram had gone faulty, and only under heavy load (gaming)would it get utilized and thats when it would crash on me.

I recently replaced some bad RAM, thus cutting out the BSoDs I was getting without a GPU in. I uninstalled every graphics driver and only installed the latest ones from AMD (not the beta drivers). The BSoD state specifically the video driver failed, the dump file I linked may say more.
