I5 processor? why not an i7 since its an eyefinity setup... and also i live in place where it hits 35-40 degree Celsius air cooler won't be helpful much.

Because you wanted a 4k monitor. That Asus one is over $2.5K. You also wanted 2 GTX 780tis, To fit all that in, sacrifices had to be made.

4k monitors can be founded cheaper...
There are different kind of 4k.
Please look at the build I suggested it is currently the best solution.
