Solution
GTX 650ti 1GB Video Card is a low-medium end graphics card and not suitable for latest games. If you want to play modern game in ultra settings with decent fps in your budget go for a ATI radeon r9 280x 3GB or nVIDIA GTX 770 2gb. For hardcore gaming a powerfull graphics card is necessary.

As for CPU go for a i5 4570 for better performance, if you are planing for overclock go for i5 4670k. it is a very good processor for gaming. If you are taking i5 4570 then go for Gigabyte GA-H81 Amp motherboard. h87 or B85 motherboards are not necessary. try to save the money for the expensive GPU.

Haswell processors are better then...

are you open to going to AMD for better performance at a lower price or do you want to stay strictly intel? i can tell you now that you are spending too much on CPU and way too little on GPU which is meant to be the most expensive part of the build

Dear,

650Ti! Really? Pl consider buying more powerful GPU. If you have budget then go for atleast GTX760.

Consider buying WD Black Caviar series HDD because you are not showing any SSD.

What about PSU?

Chassis is perfect for your system.

Yes all parts are compatible and there is no issue with them.

Haswell processors are better then 3rd generation ivy bridge CPUs. they are faster, cooler and required less power compared to previous generations.

Good luck for your PC buddy.

Haswell CPUs are not cooler. This is one limitation because their VRM is built right in the chip so there is heat problem which is and was concern for the overclockers. Ivy bridge/sandy bridge don't have this sort of architecture due to which they are much cooler than Haswell.

Haswell is faster, very efficient as compared to the ivy bridge/sandy bridge series CPUs.

If you want to stick with current options which you've chosen, there is no issue with that, otherwise you can go for haswell series CPU and Z87 series mobo.

Good Luck,
