I am experiencing computer freezing problems and i have installed NEW os several times
but no improvements. Intresting fact isThere is no hangs, auto restart during os installation but when i use
the system it starts. So i checked RAM with diff sys for only 5-8 minutes with no such errors
because it was not of mine. Also i installed drivers for VGA, SOUND and Ethernet. And it is
working a bit fast but it takes 10-15 minutes for startup and shutdown and hangs after certain time
.Also i wonna ask can windows memory diagnostics show hardware problems which is not really
is.I did windows memory diagnostics also CHKDSK. what i found is CHKDSK took too much time
. I also deleted all the partitions and repartioned them. I suspect both RAM and Hard disk but
i dont know What are the differences between the signs of bad hard disk and bad RAM.

Solution
Yep, uncommon but does happen. Blue screens do tend to be more RAM if happening repeatedly.

I think hangups are HDD, but this should happen in install as well. Maybe just less noticeable.

MemTest for your your ram and HDD Scan3.3 for your HDD. I would say that it would be your HDD over your RAM. It will take a while to test both, just leave them running. Memtest should run 2 passes on each stick, you do this with only one stick installed at a time.
