ram problem help

So my pc is crashing for past month randomly and loads things rly slow.I did everything ,cleaned my registry checked ram with memtest86+ 5 times 0 errors ,updated all drivers. When is crashes ,restarts and boots rly slow and i have black screen for 2 mins before it shows desktop.

mobo:asrock 770 extreme 3
gpu:gigabyte gtx 460
cpu:athlon 640
psu:corsair cs 430
ram:corsair value ddr3 2x2gb 1333
I installed new os ,so I dont think I have viruses or malware

I read my dump file and it shows error is nvlddmkm.sys,and my monitor turns off and turns back on and in right corner says nvlddmkm has stopped working and has fully recovered.Is my video card dying or is it ram problem?Sry for bad english

P.S.:I have latest drivers

yea but i only have some shitty psu to test with some no name 500w and my pc is rly slow after errors and i dont think faulty gpu can make pc slow only ram or psu.
