Which prebuilt is the best?

So I'm getting a new gaming pc and I was looking at neweggs prebuilts , I will be playing csgo and I want 100 fps or more. My budget is $650 and I also any to be able to update. Why prebuilds?

They use sub par motherboards and powersupplies most of the time and should be avoided.
