As the title says...

My laptop after turned off because of battery went out of power, then it wasn't charging nor turning on (with baterry, power cord, or both).

It only turned on after I removed both the power cord AND battery and left it for 20-30 minutes.

Since that, it works perfectly fine with power cord and/or battery.

Anyone know what made this happen? And will it cause me any future problems?

Solution
It sounds like your laptop did not shut down all of its harware correctly when it reached the critical battery level. Which probably led to it not charging, and then not turning on.

You essentially did a reset by removing the battery and power cord for long enough to allow any charge to dissipate. Which seems to have fixed the problem.

If the problem continues I would look at your power management settings - advanced settings, to see what actions you have set for low and critical battery levels.
