whats wrong with my microphone and how am i supposed to deal with it?

So im having this issue where my mic occasionaly wont capture my voice and my friends only hear staticy sound when i speak, when i check the recording device i came to this http://tinypic.com/r/5wia1l/8 (seems like its overloading or smthing) can anyone please help me? my mic is properly placed, sometimes it works smtimes it doesnt.

im currently using razer carcharias.

You appear to have two mics enabled, try disabling Screaming Bee one by Rt click on it and select 'Disable'
Also select the Razer mic and from properties you can reduce the level so that it's operating around 1/3 max when you speak into it...

i disabled screaming bee, didnt fix the issue

Any joy with the Volume Control?
Try uninstalling all audio devices in Device Manager with mics removed and re-boot your system to see if that helps...give Windows time to find latest drivers online.
