Hello All, I had just installed the Corsair H100i, and for some reason it is not being detected in Corsair Link. I have tried all three internal ports, as well as 2 external ports. I know its not the cable I have changed cables, nor ports, since htey work with other devices. I am running out of ideas. Any help would be great.

Setup:
M5A99X EVO R2.0 - Board
FX-8350 - Pro

Thank you,
Kennytaco

Sorry for the delay, I looked at the BIOS and they are all enabled. I have it connecting to an external USB right now. The funny thing is i jsut installed a fan controller that uses a internal USB port and it works just fine, in the same port that the Corsair was in. I looked to see if there was an update, but the driver that i installed was the current one (2.4 5110). Any thoughts or tips would be great, I would really like to control this if at all possible.

Jim, thank you for your help. I installed the beta version, and it didn't work at first, but I moved the USB back to internal, and when I restarted the computer, the "new device was found" pop up appeared and it works. Thank you very much for your help. This version is different, but a lot more "crisp" in my opinion. I am not sure if the other version had it but this can change LED on the front which is an added benefit, now I can match it with my color scheme. Once again thank you for all your help!!!!

Sorry for the necro post here, but I am going to use the H100i and Ive seen many people have this problem too. I also have Windows 8.1. Did you connect the 3 pin cable that is connected to the pump? What is that one for? Do you know if we need to have that connected for the pump to work or to use corsair link?

I did end up getting the situation corrected, and it works out great now. I had downloaded a different driver, that allowed the Corsair Link to work great. You do need the cables that come with it to be able to get the pump running, I am not sure which 3-pin cable you are referring to, however, I had to use all he cables that the package came with. I hope that helps you, I will try to locate the driver I used to get Corsair Link working for 8.1
