If you are playing at low resolutions then you will be able to play then on lowest settings. But I doubt that you will get playable fps with battlefield 3.

It is actually a problem with the low speed dual core CPU and the very very low end GPU. Between the two of them you are just not going to be able to play very many newer games at all. Even on a desktop a 620 is not a very good gaming GPU and on a laptop it is even worse.
