Hi. I have a little problem and i dont know how to figure it out. My games ( BF4, Ghost, Witcher 2... ) are running about 60 fps mostly in Ultra and smooth. But I can see during gaming a little stucking. Like one or more frame drops out or something. Is my pc weak or whats the problem is. Sorry if I am not much specific. I dont know how to describe it exactly

CPU: i7 4770k 3,9 Ghz
GPU: Radeon R9 290 (nonstock - prolimatech mk26 )
MB: Asus Maximus Formula VI
RAM: 2x A DATA 4gb 2133
PSU: Corsair CS750M
No SSD

Your system looks good but 4GB is not enough, upgrade to 8GB and see if you still get the problem.

This is normal for computers. It is caused by your HHD sharing space with other programs. The other programs just get in the way. If you get an SSD or another HHD just for games than it should fix the problem. Also make sure your HHD is at least 7200 RPM. If it is any lower this is DEFINITELY the problem.
