So i am getting a new graphics card asus r9 270x
but after opening my case i found that rams are lined up just beside the PCI-e
what shall i do ?

That is normal.
The ram levers might get in the way if you want to remove ram while the graphics card is installed.
But, once the ram is in place, your card should still fit in the X16 slot without issue.
