Thanks pal, i though about getting a 600w but as you said it is a good price! And going for whit and blue colour scheme so the aerocool fitted well :)

You don't need that big psu unless you plan on sli later, but for that you may also need a motherboard upgrade. Sure that's a nice deal for psu, but you seriously won't be needing that much.
For the rest parts, I think there's not much to be corrected. Your ram seems pretty expensive though.
 
If you're looking to overclock you should look at the GA-970A-UD3 (possibly the P version too), or the M5A97 R2.0. I'd take the GA over the M5A97. Both have heatsinked VRMs and better power phases than that ASRock, which would make them more suited to overclocking and overall stability.

Otherwise, those are some nice choices.
