In CPUID Monitor software it sais: 27oc

In easytune 6 (came with the motherboard): it sais: 44oc

Which one is more likely to be correct? :S because they're two completely different readings :/

P.S I'm running the AMD Fx 8320

Solution
As you can see in CPUID, AMD FX-8320 -> Temperatures -> Package is your core temps (official max 62C).
Also in CPUID, Temperatures -> TMPIN1 (I believe, varies depending on the motherboard whether it's TMPIN0 or TMPIN1) is your socket temp (official max 70C).

Regardless, neither are anywhere near dangerous levels so you have nothing to be worried about. :) I believe EasyTune is showing the socket temp.
It's possible that CPUID is reading the core temp (max 62C) and easytune is reading the socket temp (max 70C).

A program such as HWMonitor or HWiNFO (sensors only mode) will show both. You can post a screenshot of one of these programs here if you like and I can identify it for you.

So the temperature on easytune has been up to 63oc while rendering but tends to not go any higher...is this okay? :S

You're within safe limits. So yes, it's fine.
