I’m building a new system and would like comments on the component selection.
I’m most concerned about compatibility issues. I don’t think there are any but I want to be sure.
I think the PSU is quite large enough, but would appreciate comments.
My primary use is music, video and photo editing.
I have no plans to over clock.
My budget is $1,100 and so far this adds up to $1091.61

Core i5 4670
Asus H87 Plus motherboard
Crucial Ballistix sport 16Gb memory
Asus Radeon R7 260x video card
Samsung 840 Pro MZ 256 SSD
Western Digital Green 2TB HHD
Asus 24x DVD Burner
Antec BP550 Plus PSU
Cooler Master Hyper 212 cooler
Antec Performance One P280 case

I’m going to reuse a Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS sound card for the time being.

So what do you think?

Your build is really well balanced for what you need, fast SSD and lots of storage with a high end i5 processor and a suitable 16GB of RAM, you build is perfect for what you need, the i5 is powerful enough to easily manage editing programmes. The power supply is enough to power the system and Antec is a reasonable power supply manufacturer. Yes there other brands like Corsair, SeaSonic etc. but I know Antec power supplies and I always recommend them. So since there's nothing wrong, go ahead, it's all compatible and enjoy building it. Good luck :)

Thanks for your thoughts. I've always used Antec cases and PSU's without a single problem.
