lan and datacard in same router

I have a lan connection and a usb datacard connection and my router(TP-link TL-MR3420) has support for both of them.now my question is can i use lan connection for my desktop pc and usb data card for wifi with the same router. i dont want any spped combining thing. just want my desktop to run on lan and my laptop/mobile to connect on wifi with the same router?

I'm sorry, I'm having a bit of trouble understanding your question. The computer can be connected to one of the LAN ports with no problem. I'm getting confused about the USB data card. Are you trying to add Wifi to a router that doesn't have it, or are you wanting to use a data card for Internet access?
