If it's on the AC power line then that would be 6,325 Watts on a 115 VAC power grid or 12,650 Watts on a 220 VAC power grid so yes that would definitely trigger the circuit breaker for the wall outlet that it's plugged into.
If it's on the PSU's +12V rail then no since that is only 660 Watts.
