Hello,

First sorry for my bad english (not main language)

This is my first hand built computer, and I am a bit paranoid about the finished pc.
In the case after the building is completed, there are some psu cables and one sata cable really close to the back of the vga.
Picture of the case

If the vga for some reason gets really hot, will this be a problem? (cables melting and so on)
Thanks!

Why didn't you feed the cables behind the motherboard tray?

Those big square holes with rounded corners next to the motherboard tray's edge are placed there for proper cable management.

The big motherboard one I could have done it. But the small one for the CPU I can't, my case is a Cougar Volant, so there is no hole on the top of the case.
So even if I put the motherboard cable behind the tray, the CPU one will still be close to the vga.

Shouldn't really be a problem though you can always get a fiberglass mat from an autoparts store and wrap the cables to give you a little piece of mind
