I have a gaming pc in my room, but my sister wants a computer she that she can use to play mostly basic games and surf the web (nothing that demands high graphics). This way I don't have to let her use my computer all the time. She has about $600, and she wants it to be something that can play flash games, NFS, Sims 3, and Skyim on Low/Medium settings. I don't know much so I came up with this, I don't know if its any good.

Solution
For her requirements it looks like a good build man. I might upgrade the PSU to a 500w just to be safe, and go down on the RAM speed because the motherboard you've picked out only supports up to 2000mhz RAM.
