Is there a way to put N-Alvorix-RS880 BIOS into Legacy mode via Setup?

I have a HP Desktop with a N-Alvorix-RS880 motherboard.
I believe the BIOS is at the latest level - 6.07.
I am trying to find a way to switch the BIOS from UEFI to Legacy mode.
I have an EVGA GTX760 card installed.
And it is having trouble supporting my bootable CD's as well as the BIOS Setup environment.
I run Windows 8.1. It appears that Windows switches to Legacy mode as it boots.

Thanks for any help or advice!

In my BIOS Setup under the Advanced tab is an item 'Primary Video Adapter'.
It can be set to PCI-E or Onboard. In my system it was set to PCI-E, then Onboard.
I switched it so Onboard was first. Then moved my monitor cable to the onboard grapics.
I can then access the BOOT Setup. As well as use my bootable CD'.s
This is a perfectly reasonable solution for me.
