After a long RMA process on my psu, They send me a new one and now my pc don't boot if I'm using the native ram speed (1333mhz) everytime I boot I get a BlueScreen with a couple different codes (most common one is: IRQL not less or equal).

When I underclock the RAM to 1066mhz it works just fine.

Tried with another pair of RAM sticks and the same happend...

HWinfo says that the voltage readings on the 12V+ go as low as 11.238V under load...

Help Me! Don't say to me that is my psu messing everything again...

Solution
What's your rig? mobo/CPU, have a feeling it's a 775 mobo and its got the FSB at 1066, will need to be up at 1333 min to run the sticks at 1333

:p

Nop it's a 1150 with a i5 4670K on it, I tested with another PSU and the error was not gone, so I sent the MOBO and the CPU to the RMA process, thank you all.
