There is nothing on your profile and I think this card can run almost every game out there at high to maxed out settings at 1080p at 60 fps that is assuming that is assuming it is coupled with a good CPU and enough Ram.

That cpu of yours is bottlenecking your graphic card, I.E it is not allowing your graphic card to function fully due to the cpu not proccesing enough information for the gtx 760.If you go to task manager and open it during your gaming you will notice that your cpu will be at 99% or 100% and your gpu load will be around 40-70%,hence your graphic card is not able to perform at its maximum capacity
