Hey guys,

I'm currently building my own PC and I already bought the gpu (gtx 770) the cpu (i5 3570k) the case (BitFenix Prodigy) and the OS (Win 7). I'm left with about 300 dollars to spend for all the other parts of the PC. Can someone help me find these parts to fall within my price range? (PS I plan to OC my cpu and possibly my gpu so I need a cheap yet good quality mobo)

Thanks!

Hmmm, I don't think an overclocking mobo, RAM, HDD, and PSU aren't going to fit into a $300 budget.
Example:
mobo (Asus): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... for $127

PSU (550W modular Rosewill Capstone): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... for $50

RAM (G.Skill Ares CAS9): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... for $77

HDD (1TB WD Blue): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... for $60

Total: $314 and depends on rebates to get there. I'd also rather have at least a WD Black if not a SSD plus something else.

I would not use the 500W Corsair CX, especially in a gamer, and especially in a small case. It is made with inferior Samxon capacitors that don't like heat and fail early.
That cooler price is most likely in-store only. If there is no Microcenter nearby, this NZXT 120mm cooler will offer similar performance (+/-; I've not seen reviews) and also costs $30: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I actually live near a Microcenter so that's not really a problem. But do you think I should go for the RAM socialassassin recommended?

That RAM looks fine, yes. Look for CAS9 or lower, and 1.5V or lower; it has those.
