You always want to use Prime95 after overclocking. I am not a fan of P95 because it presents unrealistic stress situations that actually can slightly reduce the lifespan of your components, but it is absolutely necessary to run it for at least 3 hours, preferably 6 for a small OC, 12 hours or more for a large overclock. Some extremists run it for 24 hours or more no matter what, and some don't use it at all. However, I think it is a good idea to test stability in your system after an OC. The downside is that usually a Prime95 test will eventually cause your system to throw an error, be that in the 4th hour, the 7th, the 25th, or the 99th, it almost always will, that is another reason why I don't like it. No system, overclocked or not, is 100% stable.

I would test with P95 for 6 hours or so (make sure your PC doesn't sleep during this) on a Blend test. You can google other good tests to use as well if you want.
