Turn the computer off, flip the switch on back to kill the power(but keep grounding), install your new card, attach monitor cable to the new card, turn the computer back on, install video drivers. Done!

The card would have a connector on it to get power directly from the PSU the one I linked before looks to have a floppy power connector and some have 4 pin molex.
