Brand new MSI ge70 small freezes in all games even on low temp

So as the title says, I have a brand new MSI ge70 laptop. I was super happy with my buy but after playing some games I noticed that no matter what game I play, every like 1-2 minutes I get 1-3 second freezes. The freezes occur most frequenlty in HearthStone and Heroes of Newerth and CS global offensive.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? All my drivers are up to date.

Hello again. I found something quite strange.. For some reason I moved all my games to my other hard drive (C) from D. My OS is installed on C and C is 2 SSD harddrives in RAID. The strange thing is that the games no longer freeze? I quess there is a problem with my mechanical hard drive?
