Hi everyone @ Tom's

So I recently built my system roughly 8-12 months ago and without the help from a bunch of people that contributed to my build from the forums my system wouldn't be no where near as effective as it is

So once again, i'm back and needing some input on a build which i'm putting together for a friend. Since I built my machine the market has changed and I don't even know what i'm looking at anymore so this is where you guys come in.

He wants a gaming machine that will nicely run modern games - mostly MMO's. Priority right now is World of Warcraft and Elder Scrolls Online. We're not future proofing for upcoming gaming titles that are very heavy either. He's not interested in FPS' like Crysis 3 so this machine doesn't need to be insane. He also isn't interested in overclocking so a unlocked CPU and aftermarket cooler isn't necessary. However a factory-made GPU that comes overclocked is nice, right? :p

His budget is $1400 USD and we're wanting to get the best we can get within that price range.

I put together a build which i'll list, input would be the bee's knee's

I think its a decent build however i'm unsure on two things: PSU and GPU. He wants nVidia, and I know eVGA are great but i'm not familiar with that card. The few reviews I looked at I noticed some people mentioned that it's only '128bus' (Hope I got that right) and therefore doesn't make sure of the 4GB it has. PSU wise, SeaSonic is decent, its 650w (which is fine for him) and modular, but once again i'm unsure on that particular model.

Thanks for your time and input in advance, it's very appreciated.

You are overpaying on the PSU, go for corsair's new RM line. 80+ gold, very stable, full-modular. 750W is $100 on newegg: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-rm750

Save some money on RAM by not buying Corsair's SUPER OVERPRICED memory. This hyperX 8x1 would work just as well as Vengence 4x2: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/kingston-memory-khx1600c10d3b18g

As for the GPU, the money you saved on those two can help you get a GTX 770, which is a better option, and would be a whole lot faster: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx770dc2oc4gd5
And it's from Asus, it has their awesome cooler and is more trusted than the acx cooler from EVGA.

Thank you kind sir. Yes, a smaller SSD would be good too if you want to keep the cost down.
