I am getting a new PC very soon at a budget of about $800. I am torn between which CPU to get. I have a couple routes I can take:
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ($30)
1.) AMD FX-6300 (~$110)
3.) AMD FX-6350 (~$130)
2.) AMD FX-8320 (Found one for $135)
- I do plan to overclock and i've seen the 6300 overclock high enough to match or even outperform the other two CPUs when they are all overclocked (Keep in mind the cooler is a Hyper 212 EVO). I was thinking of the 8320 because its an 8-core. I will be doing mostly gaming. I also want to know which CPU will perform the best when MODERATELY overclocked (I know that the 8320 doesn't overclock as high as the others)
Motherboard:
1.) Asus M5A97 2.0
2.) Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0
- I don't know if getting the #2 is going to improve my overclocking significantly. I don't plan to CrossFire. Can someone tell me an advantage for #2 in terms of overclocking. If its negligible then I might as well save money. (Remember I be will doing a lot of gaming)
ALSO: If you think you have a better choice for a motherboard and CPU then please tell me.
Thanks!

FX 6350 is just the FX 6300 tuned a bit higher and with a factory overclock. So with your CM Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler, the FX 8320 is the best out of the rest 2 you have mentioned because it has 8 cores, the FX 6300 is essentially just an FX 8320 with 2 cores/threads missing. So AMD FX-8320 would be the best option for you.
