fps problem league of legends

Okay so, I have some really really weird FPS drops , I have updated my drivers and everything is fine but when I start the game , I start with around 150-200 fps after changing some options that should improve my fps , but right after like few seconds it starts dropping slowly , after 15 seconds its at 120-130 , after 40 seconds its like 70-90 and once minions are on the lane and game is on 1minute55 , my fps is running between 5-35 , please help me to fix it . Ive tried anything!


O yea I m playing on Asus A53SV i3 geforce GT540M graphics card and like half year ago I used to play with stable 60 fps , it was playable and I would be happy if I get it back somehow , dont know what happened :S I also reinstalled windows and tried everything (ps. playing on lowest graphics)

well , I m currently reinstalling the league of legends , hopefully that helps and no I havent checked gpu temps , how can I do that?
Anyways... when I play league and once when my fps have dropped down to 5-35 , my league of legends memory shows around 600k-1000K on taskmanager :S thanks for fast reply tho , I m trying to fix it , please help me <3

my lol shows almost 2gb of ram used when in game but I don't have a swap file. don't need it with 16gb ram

use a program like nTune. RivaTuner, Everest, SpeedFan, Motherboard Monitor many to chose from they all might not work with your card. trial and error.

okay so I just did a quick game on league 1v1 against bot just to check my fps on lane , since I reinstalled league , i started game with medium settings and my fps was 120+ at the beginning , when i got to lane it was around 40 to 90 didnt even drop down to 5-40 , so after that I changed to low and i was pretty much 40-80 fps all the time, tested like 5 minutes so far , but still it seems that something is harming my fps , its not stable like it used to be and my computer starts making noise and its different. Alright so if I download one of these programs I can check the temperature right? or what are they for? I really wanna fix it !

okay this is weird , my fps is 60-100 now even at 5th minute , i also did some disk fragment , only 25% tho... but ill finish it later , if i see i m gonna start dropping hard again I will write here and I hope you gonna check this thread again :) you seem to know a lot more than me so please :)
