Computer Turning on But Nothing Working?

We are building my computer right now. We got everything in. We plugged the computer in and powered it on. 3 fans started spinning: the 2 on my graphics card, and the one on my processor. But the computer isn't displaying anything. We plugged it into a monitor and nothing happened. We haven't plugged anything like mouse or keyboard in, and the monitor is telling us that nothing is plugged in. There were also 6 others fans in the case (they came preinstalled), and none of them are spinning.

Link just routes to a general form with no specs.

when you powered the system on, is the system running but no video is being displayed on the monitor? If so, how are you populating the RAM? Look in the motherboard manual to see if the RAM is populated in the correct DIMM slots.
