This evening my girlfriends mothers downstairs desktop stopped loading webpages. It had been working fine earlier this morning and still shows connection.
On Linksys smart WiFi, the desktop appears as actively connected on the network. All built in diagnostics on windows show a connection being made.
All wireless devices on the network are working normally, and we tested the ethernet cable and port in a laptop and it worked fine. So that brings it to the desktop as the issue. But it still appears on the network.
I'm not there right now and won't be for about a week, so I'm trying to troubleshoot over the phone, and got all the basics out of the way. My girlfriend noted that her sister uses Hamachi VPN, apparently for torrenting. I'm not sure if that would affect anything.
I feel like there's a very simple solution staring me in the face that I'm completely failing to see. Anyway, thank's in advance!
