Yes. Badness. You really should not allow the thing to cross the 80C mark. Do you keep it lifted (a cavity of some sort underneath) if some of the vents are on the bottom, or keep the sides clear where there are vents adjacent? Do you use a third party cooler? Like a lap desk or other such with fans in it? Pushing that thing over 100C could easily destroy it!

Answer quick and don't do anything to kill your machine in the meantime.

There isn't any reason (that I can think of) that ordinary use should be taxing that processor so heavily, other than poor cooling design.
Does it run cooler without the pad? (I know is sounds strange but the pad could be recycling hot air.) On that note: Have you tried reversing the direction of the pad's airflow?
Lastly, have you ever removed the inferior shield of the computer and cleaned it?

You cannot reverse the flow within the laptop (without going through a great deal of trouble). But if your third party product collects air from underneath and sends it up into the machine you could try turning it upside down.

How fast does it get hot? For example, jumping from 30C to 80C in 15 seconds or less is probably bad TIM or thermal paste while a slow ramp up may just be poor cooler design. Also, is the air coming out of the vent really hot? Lukewarm air might also mean poor heat transfer.
