Looking for upgrade help for BF4

Processor: AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Memory: 12288MB RAM
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7470 Series

I can barely run bf3 without low setting. If I wanted to run BF4 at 60-80 FPS at good graphic, what should I upgrade? And how much would it cost? Mind you that I don't want to spend anything more than $400

You will not need to replace your cpu as others have said. However, you may have to replace your power supply because of missing connectors. That being said if you don't want to replace your power supply, the best graphics card you can buy would be a r7 260x.(you will need a molex to 6-pin adapter though unless you have a 6-pin power connector already)

When I said APU, that is what the A series AMD CPUs are refered to as. I believe they are socket FM2, so unless you want to replace your motherboard, CPU, GPU and possibly PSU as well as maybe having to buy a new OS.....
