Please use less vague terms. Are you trying to get audio to play out of the microphone jack? Or are you trying to play a digital recording onto an analogue recorded (why would you?). A little background info can go a long ways here.

Here's an example: I want to play music into the microphone instead of holding the microphone into the speakers because it doesn't sound good.

If you can post what components you are working with, computer model, soundcard info etc...

Is the microphone the critical component in this setup? It seems like you are trying to play audio, and either record in analogue a voice recording or instrumental?
Sometimes if you are recording an analogue sound source, it's better to play the audio through earphones and overlay directly onto the streamcast using a video editing program. Also placing a microphone in front of a speaker that it is transmitting through will cause some nasty feedback issue.

I use Turtle Beach Ear Force X12 Headphones

I just want to use it for team speak 3 (a program)
but i don't have permissions to use priority speaker (which playes your PC audio into the microphone)
