Kernel Power error after GPU & PSU upgrade

I recently upgraded my GPU to a GeForce GTX 660 and my psu to 550W from 375W. As I'm playing Diablo 3 the system reboots and I see a kernel power error in event viewer - critical error kernel-power 41 (63).

I got this error 3 times below is the details for each one:

Yeah well if the supply should handle it, then I don't understand why this keeps happening? Is there any indication why based on the event data? Does any of this codes and parameters info mean anything, if so how can I find that information?
