PriCho you so funny. Intel processor for a budget build. :))

I would stick with the 6300 or gor for a quad core and spend a little more on the GPU.

On the other hand you can later upgrade the gpu easily or crossfire.

Up to you but remember that upgrading in the future you might need a stronger psu depending on how much you want to upgrade.

i will go with fx 4300.. many say i shud just wait for 6300..but.. im really on a tight budget.. and i just thought even with 4300.. i can upgrade late to higher fx than 6300.. but it will b ok for gaming right? im switching to 650ti 2gb.. would 4300 bottleneck the gpu? btw.. il use 500w supply..

a 4300 won't bottleneck a 650ti.

I am no nvidia fan of late but if you want to go for nvidia maybe wait for the 750/ti. They have a similar price (if not cheaper) better performance and use the maxwel architecture (although still on 28 NM) and have better power efficiency.

a 4300 will be fine for your needs (i doubt you expect to max games on a budget build).

Also that psu should allow for some upgrades down the line as well, just make sure you get a quality one. Too many people get a crappy psu and are then surprised it fails or that a short circuit in their house caused it to fry.

ill be playing at 1366x786 res.. it should be ok at med-high settings right?... the 750/ti may be available next month..or next2x.. about the psu.. it will run fine right? but i upgrade later.. i also have to upgrade the psu?

A few more suggestions. ;)
If possible go for the FX63xx CPU, games are becoming increasingly threaded so the more cores you can get into the build the better, also, AMD chips do not do as well as Intel core-per-core and clock-per-clock, so again, the more cores the better.
You'll get away with 4Gb of memory for now and the cash will be better used elsewhere in the build, you can easily upgrade to 8 Gb later on for a fraction of the cost of upgrading the CPU.
There's no performance gain with a 2Gb graphics card at this level, so only get one if it's the same price (or cheaper) than its 1Gb rival/s.
Don't go cheap on the PSU, stick with good brands like: Antec, Seasonic, Corsair, Silverstone, XFX, FSP or the later Rosewill Capstone series. Look for one with 500Watts and dual PCI-E leads.
Cheap case fans are cr## and the system will only need two: one in the front for intake and one in the rear for exhaust any more for a system like this is not cost effective and, like memory, you can always add more if needed later with ease.
I'd go for the build you originally posed minus the extra fans and with 'only' 4Gb of memory.

and playing at 1366x768 reso will be good? ill b playing mostly fps games(online/offline) and Acreeds

The system you listed will be very good at that resolution, excellent in fact.
Good to hear you're looking for a decent PSU: Keep an eye out for bargains, especially during the weekends ;).
And don't forget to look for 'clearance specials' with the graphics market moving so quickly it's not unknown to find 'last years' cards at bargain prices just make sure they come with a full warranty!

but 7770 has only 1gb.. will it b ok? or ill xperience some lag or fluctuation or somthing? mid to high resu..

At 1366x768 res 1Gb is enough, in fact these cards cannot actually use 2Gb effectively anyway, it's really just marketing.
cougar are not a particularly good name, I'd go for EVGA every time.
