Try downloading Memtest and running it overnight. I'm betting that you have a memory problem. You don't mention what RAM you're using or how many sticks. I'd start with Memtest and see if you have a problem with your memory. If you find that you do, you can check to make sure it's seated correctly. If that doesn't fix anything, then you can try putting one stick in at a time until you find the bad one.
