I plugged my mobile phone and USB to load my pictures, but no results. Give me instruction how to do load my pictures.

Buy a card reader for your PC.
Remove the memory card from the phone.
Put memory card in to the card reader.
A new window should open on your PC, showing the folders that are on the memory card.
Open the folder which contains the pictures.
