Question about DirectX 11.2

Hi guys. I'm planning on buying an HD7850. But according to the card's manufacturer, it only supports DirectX 11.1. What will happen if I use Windows 8.1 and my card doesn't support 11.2?

Nothing really, a few extra lighting effects and a bit better physics and some tweaks in resource handling efficiency but nothing to buy a new card over just minor tweaks to try and force Windows 8.1 onto people
