Recently I uninstalled a program from my computer which I didn't use which also worked just fine. After uninstalling it, my hard drive kept 1 folder and I cannot open it, browse through it, or delete it (which is what I want to do).
But now I get this message saying that "You require permission from the computer's administrator to make changes to this folder".
I tried changing the advanced security settings for it but It didn't let me access them. I am running Windows 8 Pro 64-bit and I am the main administrator.
