Will I be able to stream high quality with my future set up?

I want to stream high quality. I am currently only playing league of legends but I may play other games in the future.
My internet - http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3291335378
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD5H
RAM - Corsair - Vengeance pro series 16GB (2x8gb) (1866MHz)
CPU - Intel i7 4770k (overclocking it to 4.4 - 4.6 GHz) Suggest how much I should OC it to
Graphics card - Radeon r9 270x (may return for a GeForce gtx series) Suggest what it should be ($300- preferably $250-)

Keep in mind that since i'm only a teenager in high school my grandparents are buying this for me but they told me I can only buy it from bestbuy, so I am going to order the products online to be shipped to the store.

Have you already ordered/have all the parts except the graphic card?

For a graphic card in your price range I will recommend the Nvidia GTX 760 from MSI, EVGA, Gigabyte or Asus.

Out of the three EVGA ones you listed the cheapest one will be the best (260$).

You should get a i7 4770 only if you are looking to stream or video editing! If that is something you don't know you will do for sure than you will be better off getting a i5-4670.

How much RAM are you getting? You haven't listed it. 8GB should be plenty.

Why is it better though, on the website it says the 320$ (I can price match it to $300) one has a higher base clock speed and a higher boost clock speed than the $260 one. This topic is about streaming, that is why I am getting the i7 4770k. I am also getting 16gb of ram.

The 320$ one has 4GB of VRAM which the GPU is too weak to utilize and the other two have slight Clock speed variations which I will not be noticeable in games.

If you have 320$ budget for a GPU and can buy from NCIX I suggest go with the Asus GTX 770 which is also only 320$ but offers significantly higher performance when compared to the GTX 760.
